Sterling Oliver has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Sterling began their career at Mall of Georgia Ford in 2013 as a Service Advisor, responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance needs. Sterling then progressed to the role of Service Manager in 2017, where they managed the service department and ensured efficient operations. In 2018, Sterling was promoted to Service Director, overseeing the overall service operations at the dealership. Most recently, they have assumed the role of Fixed Operations Director, starting in September 2022. Throughout their tenure at Mall of Georgia Ford, Sterling has demonstrated their expertise in service management and their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, they have also worked for Berkshire Hathaway Automotive, specifically at Mall of Georgia Ford, further enhancing their experience in the automotive industry.
Sterling Oliver attended Georgia Gwinnett College from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Accounting and Finance. After completing their college education, Sterling pursued additional certifications from Ford Motor Company. In 2015, they obtained the Master Certified Service Advisor certification, and in July 2018, they obtained the Master Certified Service Manager certification.
