Courtney Heikkila

Courtney Heikkila is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Instructional Coach at Mallard Creek STEM Academy since August 2022. In addition, Courtney holds the position of Secretary/Treasurer for the Greater Charlotte Athletic Conference since June 2021. Previous roles include serving as Canvas Manager for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction from June to December 2022, and as a Mathematics Instructor at UPROAR Leadership Academy between August 2017 and June 2022. Prior experience also includes working as Assistant Recreation Center Supervisor for the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina, from August 2015 to August 2017. Courtney Heikkila earned a Master of Education in Mathematics from Fayetteville State University in 2014 and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2012. Currently, Courtney is pursuing a Post Graduate Certification in Educational Leadership at Northcentral University.
