The executive team at MallGroup has a history of experience in human resources and management. The team members have worked as the head of HR at Central European Media Enterprises, the HR director of Hame Group of Companies, and the HR director at Pivovary Staropramen. They also have experience in human capital consulting from their time at Deloitte Czech Republic. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from Prague University of Economics and Business and the Norwegian School of Economics.
