Craig Adams

Craig Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the wine industry, education, and pharmaceuticals. Since July 2010, Craig has served as a Training Specialist/Chemistry Technician III at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Craig is also the Owner and President of Vino Vitae, an educational wine consulting business, and operates MC Epic Enterprises as a real estate investor and property manager. As a co-founder of the St. Louis School of Wine from 2013 to 2016, Craig focused on developing industry professionals through comprehensive curricula. Previously, Craig held positions as an Educator at St. Louis Community College, Director of Tasting Room Operations at Chaumette Winery, and Research Biologist at Monsanto. Craig holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has completed the Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certification.
