Dave Phillips is an experienced leader in manufacturing operations with a strong background in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Site Director at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since January 2019, Dave has previously held significant roles such as VP of Operations at Enviva and Regional Manufacturing Director at Hexion Inc. Throughout a career that spans over three decades, Dave has demonstrated expertise in managing safety performance, production reliability, budget management, and team development across multiple facilities in the Americas. Dave began their career with roles at Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems and Allied Signal Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
