Ronald Bray

Ronald Bray is an experienced professional with a robust background in performance excellence and operational management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Manager of Performance Excellence at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since August 2017, Ronald is part of the Site Leadership Team, focusing on site performance monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Ronald held various positions at GSK, including Project Manager for the M-ERP project, Production Manager, and Operational Excellence Lean Expert, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, leading projects for system implementations, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and multiple certifications in Lean and Operational Excellence, Ronald has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing performance and quality in manufacturing processes throughout a career spanning several decades in the industry.
