Aliya Khan

Aliya Khan is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Malomatia since January 2023, where responsibilities include acting as an HR business partner and decision maker for company policies. Prior experience includes a Group Manager role at WNS Global Services from June 2019 to May 2023, and an elevation to Lead - Organization Development at Infosys BPM, where Aliya implemented growth processes, analyzed internal movement, and coordinated role evaluations across the organization. Educational qualifications include a PGDHRM from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, a PGDHRM from Symbiosis Society's College of Arts & Commerce, and a Master’s Degree in Accounts from Poona University.
