Anne Lapour

Anne Lapour is an accomplished career services professional with extensive experience in advising and education. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director for Career Initiatives at Willamette University since September 2017, Anne has held various roles including Associate Director and Assistant Director in Career Education, where responsibilities included individual career advising and curriculum development for liberal arts undergraduates. Prior experience includes eLearning Faculty for the College Student Services Administration at Oregon State University, Career Development Coordinator, and career consulting positions at prestigious institutions such as Duke University and the University of Missouri-Columbia. Anne holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and completed a predoctoral internship at Duke University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
