Carly Pon

Carly Pon, M.A., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Management at Willamette University, overseeing the Graduate Internship Program and advising MBA candidates on career searches. Carly possesses extensive experience in student affairs, having held roles such as Director of Development and Communications at Project PATCH and Residence Director at Gonzaga University, where management of housing operations and mentorship of student staff were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Hall Director at the University of Portland and performing administrative roles at Evanta and the WNBA's Tulsa Shock. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Portland and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from George Fox University.
