Jenny Naidu

Jenny Naidu is a seasoned educator with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor and Preservice/Student Teacher Supervisor at the University of Akron since August 1988, Jenny oversees student teachers during their final teaching experiences and ensures compliance with EDTPA requirements. Additionally, since June 2012, Jenny has been a college instructor at Malone University, mentoring Principal Interns and teaching graduate courses on critical issues in education and school law. Prior roles include serving as a school principal in Akron Public Schools from 1990 to 2012. Jenny holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Kent State University, a Master's degree in Special Education from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of South Africa.
