The Business Development Manager would generate and oversee new business relationships, collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for assigned territories, and develop sales plans with internal and external customers. Responsibilities:

Sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers
Work with corporate Marketing to implement marketing strategies for the territory
Meet sales goals and metrics given
Report activity on a regular basis in CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum of 2 years sales experience

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Staffing industry experience is preferred

  • Able to work in fast paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to interact face-to-face with customers and present a solution-based presentation

  • High sense of urgency to exceed customer needs

  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
