Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates
Pre-screen candidates
Schedule interviews to support our branches with filling orders
Maintain spreadsheets to track progress
Document all activity with necessary details
Provide administrative support to branches
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Staffing experience is a plus, but not required
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
