Sandrine Dupuy

Sandrine Dupuy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Experience Director at Malt, focusing on people operations, HRIS, data management, payroll, engagement, and HR processes. Prior to this role, Sandrine spent a decade at Criteo, where responsibilities included supporting and coaching managers and employees in R&D-Product, implementing HR programs for performance and talent management, and managing a global HR project management office. Sandrine also held various positions at Criteo, including Global Program Manager for People Experience and Senior Manager of the People Project Management Office. Earlier career experiences include roles at Yahoo! as an EMEA HR Advisor and at Steria as a trainee in HR and recruitment.
