Etienne Gatt

Etienne Gatt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Market Research Team Leader at 24bpo until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Research Executive at b2bMalta Ltd. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Computime Limited before moving on to become a Recruitment Specialist at Konnekt from 2012 to 2014. At Konnekt, they later became a Recruitment Manager and was responsible for managing client and candidate portfolios, as well as delivering training and identifying business development opportunities. In 2015, Etienne started their own private practice as a Counsellor. In 2016, they also served as an Executive Committee Member at the Malta Association for the Counselling Profession. From 2019 to 2020, Etienne worked as a Senior HR Executive at the Malta Gaming Authority, before moving up to become the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Manager. Etienne later became the Head of Human Resources, PR, and Communications at the same company, and in 2024, they will take on the position of HR and PR & Communications Director.

Etienne Gatt completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computing from the University of Malta in 2009. Etienne then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Management from the same university, which they completed in 2010. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2018, Etienne Gatt attended the University of Malta once again and obtained a Master's degree in Counselling.
