Head - Infrastructure And Security at Malta Gaming Authority

Matthew Busuttil has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Information Technology Administrator at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2009. Matthew then worked as a System Administrator at InterContinental Malta from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they took some time off to travel as a Solo Traveller. Matthew returned to InterContinental Malta in 2015 as a System Administrator until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Information Technology Executive at Malta Gaming Authority. Matthew then progressed to positions of increasing responsibility within the company, including Infrastructure & Security Specialist from 2018 to 2020, Manager - Infrastructure & Security from 2020 to 2022, and most recently, Head - Infrastructure and Security from 2022 onwards.

Matthew Busuttil earned a National Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from MCAST. Matthew is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Security at the University of Wolverhampton. Matthew Busuttil has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), ITIL Foundation Level, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Python Foundations, Advanced Open Water Diver, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), and A+ Technician COMP TIA.
