Justine Baldacchino

Head, Sustainability & Analytics at Malta International Airport plc

Justine Baldacchino has a diverse work experience that spans several roles in different companies. Justine started their career at The Scottish Government as an Operational Research Intern in January 2012. In October of the same year, they joined Malta International Airport plc as a Research Analyst and worked in that position until September 2016. From September 2016 to June 2020, Justine served as the Manager of Business Analytics at Malta International Airport plc. Justine then progressed to become the Manager of Sustainability & Analytics in June 2020 and eventually took on the role of Head of Sustainability & Analytics in March 2023, a position they currently hold.

Justine Baldacchino has a diverse education history. Justine first attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Economics and Management. In 2011, they pursued further education at the University of Strathclyde, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Operational Research by 2012. Justine then enrolled in the Aviation Management Program at Cranfield School of Management from 2013 to 2014. It is not specified what specific field of study they pursued during this program. In 2019, they attended ESCP Business School for a short-term program focused on Women in Leadership. Most recently, in 2021, Justine Baldacchino acquired a Certificate in Airport Environmental Management from the Airport Council International.
