Steffan Galea

Steffan Galea is an experienced technology and business processes leader with a strong background in digital solutions and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Solutions & Strategy at MaltaPost since January 2019, Galea oversees the development and release cycles of key business applications. Previously, as the Group Technology and Business Processes Development Manager at Debono Group, Galea managed the IT roadmap and technology investments for multiple companies. With a long tenure at Vodafone Malta spanning from 2000 to 2016, Galea held various managerial roles, including Technology Planning and Project Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included leading a PMO team and managing significant IT projects. Galea's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Malta.
