Ellen Powers

Ellen Powers is the current Development Manager at Malteser International. Ellen has been in this role for 6 years. Prior to that, they were a Public Health Consultant for Ayiti Nexus - Final Evaluation for American Red Cross and AECOM, USAID CONTRACTOR. Ellen also served as the Grant Writing Consultant for Cross International and the Director of Protection Programs for Catholic Relief Services. Ellen Powers was also the Haiti Country Director for University of Miami, Global Institute (Seconded from Project Medishare) and the Executive Director for Project Medishare for Haiti.

Ellen Powers attended Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine from 1996-1998, where they received their Master of Public Health degree in International Health and Development. Ellen also attended Long Island University, Southampton Campus from 1984-1988, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
