Julien Guingel

Julien Guingel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial operations and continuous improvement. Since January 2020, Julien has served as the Group Continuous Improvement Manager at Malteurop. Prior to this role, Julien worked at Sparflex from March 2010 to January 2020 in various capacities, including Industrial Operations Officer for Sparkling Wines in France, overseeing operations at two plants, and Plant Manager at Le Muselet Valentin. Earlier experience includes positions as Industrialisation and Methods Manager and International Missions Manager at TREVES from July 2000 to February 2009, along with a brief internship at IMPSA in 1999. Julien holds an engineering degree from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz and additional certifications in supply chain management and industrial engineering from APICS and Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
