Marcin Wisniewski

Marcin Wisniewski has a diverse work experience in HR management and consulting. Marcin most recently served as the HR Director MECE at Malteurop since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Team Leader - People Operations at AMS from 2022 to 2023. Marcin also held the position of HR Manager/HR Projects Coordinator at Swisspor Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at both Swiss Rotors and Enbio Group. Before that, Marcin worked as an HR Manager at NFM Production from 2014 to 2018. Marcin started their career at International Paper in 2006, where they held various HR roles, including HR Projects Specialist and HR Consultant. Marcin also worked as an HR & Social Scheme Specialist at Karpacka Spółka Gazownictwa from 2004 to 2006.

Marcin Wisniewski has a postgraduate degree in Compensation & Benefits Management from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Marcin also holds two other postgraduate degrees from Kozminski University; one in HRM for HR Managers from 2014 to 2015, and another in HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2014. In addition, Marcin completed a one-year College of Management and Business for Jagiellonian University students at Jagiellonian University in 2002-2003. Marcin'sundergraduate studies at Jagiellonian University from 1998 to 2003 focused on Applied Psychology, majoring in Psychology of Work and Organization.
