Richard Pearce

Richard Pearce has an extensive work experience in business development and strategic sales. Richard is currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Malwarebytes, where they are responsible for developing corporate partnership strategy and executing agreements with technology vendors. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Startup Executive Consultant for multiple companies, where they played a key role in advancing their businesses through significant sales deals and completing Proof-of-Concept solutions with major vendors. Richard also served as the Product Management & Business Development lead at HGST, where they successfully introduced a new product line and delivered multiple derivatives ahead of schedule. Richard's experience also includes working as a Business Development & Strategic Sales professional at Mellanox Technologies and as the VP of Business Development at Hitachi Data Systems. Richard began their career at Symantec as the Sr. Director of Business Development, where they established OEM partnerships and identified opportunities to enter new markets.

Richard Pearce has a Ph.D in Data Networks from Durham University. Richard also holds a B.Sc in Applied Physics & Electronics from Durham University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Introduction to Quantum Computing from LinkedIn in the year 2019.
