Throughout their career, Paul has worked in the television industry, having been a Producer/Writer/Creator for popular channels such as Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, PBS, and ABC. Paul co-developed the action-adventure animated series "SOS" and the PBS Kids series "Cyberchase," which is currently in its 12th season. Paul also developed a strategy for Playhouse Disney, the Disney Channel's pre-school programming block.
Earlier in their career, Paul held the position of Senior Vice President Curriculum Design and Development at OutSell Consulting, where they led a team in developing customized training programs for various companies. Paul conducted coaching sessions with executives, managers, and sales/customer service teams.
Starting in 1988, Paul worked at Sesame Workshop (formerly Children's Television Workshop). Paul contributed to the development of new television series and conducted script development and audience/content research for Sesame Street. Their work on various programs garnered recognition and awards.

Paul Bartick earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology at Columbia University from 1987 to 1988.
