Chris Posner, CEC, currently serves as Director of Culinary and R&D at Mama's Creations and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Research Chefs Association. Previous experience includes roles as VP of Culinary Innovation at The Seasoned Carte and Director of R&D Culinary Innovation at Mitsui Foods, Inc., where Posner also held the position of Corporate Executive Chef. Additional leadership experience encompasses Senior Research Chef at Pinnacle Foods, Executive Sous Chef at Somerset Hills Country Club, and Culinary Instructor at Mercer County Community College. Chris Posner holds an AOS degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies from Kean University.
