Tim Leong

Tim Leong has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Tim is currently the CFO at Mambo Seafood Restaurants since 2022. Before that, they served as CFO at GoExpedi from 2019 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in driving rapid growth by implementing scalable processes and systems. Prior to that, they worked at Pappas Restaurants, Inc., where they held the positions of Director of Finance, Accounting & Tax from 2014 to 2018 and Director of Financial Planning from 2010 to 2014. Tim was responsible for improving communication between departments, enhancing analytical capabilities, and optimizing operations. Tim Leong also has experience at ExpressJet Airlines, where they served as Senior Director of Finance from 2005 to 2010 and Director of Financial Planning and Administration from 2001 to 2005. In these roles, they provided proactive support to senior management, managed budgeting and forecasting, and played a key role in the company's IPO.

Tim Leong earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1989 to 1993. Tim then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, from 1993 to 1995.
