Silvia Gandu is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Mambu since June 2018, specializing in designing and implementing outbound sourcing strategies across the EMEA region and guiding hiring teams in the Product & Engineering department through the entire hiring process. Silvia has a strong background in recruitment, having served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maxcode and as an IT Recruiter earlier in their career. Previous roles include positions at Xerox and Lugera & Makler, focusing on recruitment and HR administration, where Silvia managed various projects and maintained relationships with clients and temporary employees. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Management of Human Resources from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
