Shannon Quigley

Shannon Quigley has extensive experience in the fashion industry, starting as an intern at Betsey Johnson in 2001. Shannon gained valuable skills in fashion design, including beading fabrics, sourcing trims, and constructing accessories. Shannon also assisted with fit modeling, sketching flat technicals, and print design. Shannon then worked as an Assistant Designer at Kellwood Company, where they gained hands-on experience working with overseas agents, tracking sample status, and organizing line development packages. Shannon also oversaw trim sourcing and approvals. In 2002, they joined One Step Up as an Associate Designer and was given the Bongo Jeans collection. Shannon later launched the Junior Sweater Division, significantly increasing sales volume throughout their tenure. In 2005, they joined By Design as a Design Director, where they leveraged their 13+ years of experience to take on a diverse range of tasks, including showroom set-up, collection merchandizing, and cross-functional team leadership. Shannon spearheaded diverse collections that yielded over $100M annually. In 2014, they joined Mamiye Brothers as a Design Director, with the start date in February 2014. Shannon Quigley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Apparel and Textiles from the Rhode Island School of Design. This educational achievement took place from 1998 to 2001.
