Yvonne Den Bakker

Yvonne den Bakker has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, as well as pensions and global mobility. Yvonne currently holds the position of Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Mammoet from June 2022, and before that, they served as the Compensation & Benefits Manager for Europe & Russia at the same company from July 2021 to June 2022. Yvonne also has experience as the Chair of Pensionboard at Stichting GE Pension NL 2007 from September 1997 to June 2022. Yvonne has worked as an Interim Consultant in Compensation & Benefits, Pensions, and Global Mobility at YdB Advies in Arbeidsvoorwaarden from September 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, they have held various roles at General Electric, including Benefits Services Leader from April 2009 to September 2015, Employee Services Leader Benelux from November 2004 to April 2009, and Compensation & Benefits Manager Europe at GE Equipment Services Europe from August 2002 to October 2004. Yvonne also worked as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for Europe at General Electric - Plastics division from 1996 to 2002 and began their career as a Tax lawyer at Price Waterhouse from June 1991 to September 1996.

Yvonne den Bakker completed their education at Tilburg University from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained a Mr degree in Fiscaal Recht. Prior to that, they attended Gymnasium Camphusianum from 1979 to 1985, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
