Allison Welby has extensive work experience in retail analytics and business management. Allison began their career at SC Johnson as a Sales Intern in 2011. In 2012, they interned as a Business Analyst at Target. Allison then joined Carlson School of Management as a Front Desk Assistant and Information Session Ambassador from 2011 to 2013. Allison returned to Target and held various roles including Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Senior Replenishment Analyst, Senior Inventory Manager, and Merchandise Planner from 2013 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Harry's, Inc. where they have progressed from Customer Development Manager to Manager and Senior Manager of Sales Analytics. Their most recent position is as the Head of Retail & Category Analytics at Harry's, Inc. starting in 2023.
Allison Welby attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, International Business, and Supply Chain Operations.
