Harsha R.

Harsha R. has extensive work experience in data science and engineering roles. They most recently served as the Sr. Director of Data Science & Engineering at Mammoth Holdings, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this, Harsha held the position of Director of Data Science at European Wax Center from September 2021 to May 2022. They also worked at Apple for four years as a Decision Support Manager from October 2017 to September 2021. In addition, Harsha has experience as a Senior Analyst in data science at Petco in 2017 and as a Business and Data Analyst intern at Qualcomm from June 2016 to June 2017.

Harsha R. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Statistics, Finance, and Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego. Prior to that, Harsha R. obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science Engineering and Statistics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India. In addition to these degrees, Harsha R. has also earned certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Employee Partner Human Resources Certification from HCL Technologies.
