Lou Boemia serves as the Director of Real Estate at Responsive Education Solutions | Blue Learning since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in real estate advisory roles. As a Real Estate Advisor for Lease Resolutions Consulting Services since January 2012, Lou Boemia specializes in site acquisition, disposition, relocation, lease renewal, and lease restructuring for national retailers and restaurant brands.
