Cece Hearn

Cece Hearn has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1993, they started their career as a Retail Manager at Ann Taylor and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 2002, they held various roles at Production Photo/Graphics, including Customer Service Manager and Project Coordinator. In 2005, they became an Account Executive at California Closets, where they stayed until 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to Merchant Payment Solutions as a Human Resources Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2021, Cece served as the HR Director of Systems and Processes at Allied Universal. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Mammoth Mountain, starting in January 2021.

Cece Hearn has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, which they completed in 1992. In 2011, Cece began studying Human Resource Management at California State University-Dominguez Hills, and in 2013, they pursued Project Management at the same institution.
