Frank Cutie has a diverse range of work experience. Francis (Frank) began their career in 2010 as a Teacher at Refugees & Immigrant Support Services Of Emmaus, Inc, where they taught English and American Life skills to refugee children. From there, they worked as a Canvasser at New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) in 2011, organizing community involvement in local politics. In 2011, they also started working as a Graduate Assistant at Keuka College for the Center for Global Education Department, organizing trips, events, and providing assistance to international students.

In 2012, Frank took on multiple roles simultaneously, working as a Server at The Melting Pot Restaurants and as a Server and Bartender at The Side Door. Francis (Frank) then became a Snowboard Instructor at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in the same year.
