Michelle Horak

Michelle Horak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle most recently worked at Alterra Mountain Company as a Technical Business Analyst. Prior to that, they were a Senior Business Analyst at Mammoth Resorts, where they supported various sales software platforms and handled financial and guest reporting. Michelle also served as a Lead Vacation Specialist at Big Bear Mountain Resorts. In addition, they have marketing and event coordination experience, having worked as a Marketing Coordinator at the UCLA Alumni Association and as the Director of Sustainability for the Jazz Reggae Festival at UCLA Cultural Affairs Commission. Michelle also has experience as a Personal Assistant at Diamond Cities Development and as a Theatrical Distribution Intern at Focus Features. Michelle started their career as a Marketing Intern at Santa Monica Museum of Art.

Michelle Horak attended UCLA from 2007 to 2011 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in World Arts and Cultures. In addition to their undergraduate education, they also obtained certifications during their professional career, including being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022 and completing a course in Querying Data with Transact-SQL from ONLC Training Centers in July 2019.
