Maintenance Manager at Mammoth Mountain

Robert Vallejo began their work experience in 2017 as a Handyman at William A Thayer Construction. In 2018, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Precision Metal Products, Inc., where they gained experience in CNC machinery programming and operation, modeling parts and assemblies using SolidWorks and Creo, troubleshooting issues with tooling, and conducting a cost analysis. Robert also improved the remanufacturing process and optimized part number assignment. In 2019, Vallejo worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at GK Machine Inc., where they produced designs and models, implemented a standardized drawing method, and resolved Engineering Change Request forms. Robert also worked as a Machine Shop Assistant at SDSU Mechanical Engineering during the same period. From 2021 to 2023, Vallejo held the position of Mechanical Engineer 2 at Meggitt Defense, where they utilized their skills as a mechanical engineer. In 2023, they joined Mammoth Mountain as a Maintenance Manager.

Robert Vallejo attended San Diego State University from 2015 to 2019, studying Mechanical Engineering. During this time, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree. In October 2020, Robert obtained a certification in Introduction to Computer Numerican Control from Tenaris University.
