Richael Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water management, environmental policy, and economic analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Water for the Future Program at Sustainable Conservation, Richael is focused on developing strategies to address California's water challenges. With a background that includes advising for Matereal, a company aimed at transforming the chemicals industry, and previous roles as a Senior Economist at ERA Economics and Founder/CEO of Mammoth Water, Richael's expertise spans agricultural economics, policy evaluation, and sustainable practices.
