Seth Soto P.e.

Seth Soto, P.E. currently serves as the Civil Engineering Manager at Mammoth since June 2023. Prior to this role, Seth held various positions at Kiewit from February 2022 to June 2023, progressing from Civil Engineer II to Civil Engineer III.
