Florian Eggert

Florian Eggert has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Florian currently holds the position of Head of Information Technology at MAMMUT Sports Group AG, where they lead the IT team and focuses on partnering with the business for digital transformation. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital Solutions at the same company, responsible for driving Mammut's digital transformation through application projects.

Before joining MAMMUT, Florian worked at BASF in various roles, including Director Open Innovation & Digital Hub, Director Cyber Security, Director Project Management and PMO, Department Manager, and Senior Manager Acquisitions & Divestitures. Florian played a key role in founding the digital Hub for Chemistry & Health, a joint venture with SAP SE and Roche Diagnostics. Additionally, they built a global team responsible for project management and project management office for all IS related projects of BASF group, and implemented project portfolio management, quality, and resource management.

Florian's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Specialist SAP Consulting/Project at BASF SE and a Consultant SAP EH&S at SI PRO GmbH. Florian also had a brief stint at SAP Markets GmbH as a Consultant for e-Procurement and SRM. Florian began their career as an Intern Localization Software Engineer at Ariba, where they worked on the localization of software and developed tools in Java and Perl. In between their professional roles, Florian pursued their passion for hiking and completed a journey along the entire Pacific Crest Trail. Overall, Florian Eggert has proven himself as a versatile professional with expertise in IT, digital transformation, project management, and innovation.

Florian Eggert began their education at Grundschule Fleckeby, although the years of attendance are not specified.
