Paul Cosgrove

Paul Cosgrove has over 12 years of experience in the outdoor industry. Paul currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Mammut Sports Group AG since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Global Product Director at Haglöfs AB from October 2018 to October 2022. Before joining Haglöfs, they worked at Berghaus Ltd where they held various roles including Apparel Category Manager, Head of Innovation (Mtnhaus) / Extrem & Berghaus Backpack PM, and Extrem Category Manager from February 2015 to July 2018. Paul started their career at Montane as the Brand Director from March 2010 to February 2015.

Paul Cosgrove attended Northumbria University from 1998 to 2001 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography. Paul then furthered their education at the same university from 2001 to 2002, earning a Master of Arts degree in Fine Art.
