Ursula Ollmaier has had a diverse range of roles throughout their work experience. Ursula began their career at KTM Sportmotorcycle AG, where they served as a Marketing and Product Management Assistant in the PowerWear division from February 2004 to June 2007. Ursula then transitioned to the role of Product Manager for PowerWear Casual from July 2007 to August 2008, before being promoted to Head of PowerWear from September 2008 to August 2014.
In 2014, Ursula joined Charles Vögele Trading AG as a Merchandise Manager, a role they held for two years from September 2014 to September 2016.
Since October 2016, Ursula has been with MAMMUT Sports Group AG, where they started as a Global Category Manager and held the position until February 2020. Ursula then assumed the role of Head of Strategic Planning from March 2020 to March 2021. From March 2021 to November 2021, they served as the Head of People & Culture. Currently, Ursula holds the position of Chief HR Officer at MAMMUT Sports Group AG, starting from November 2021.
