Vanessa Block

Vanessa Block has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vanessa started their career as a Store Manager at Bead It! in 2005. Vanessa then worked as a Sales Rep at Marmot Mountain from 2006 to 2017. In 2006, they also began working at Ames Adventure Outfitters, where they held various roles including Sales and Marketing Specialist and Principal Rep, until 2019. From 2020 to 2021, Vanessa co-founded Baby Beet and Co. Organics. Most recently, they worked at Black Diamond Equipment from 2019 to 2023, where they held roles such as Apparel and Accessories Merchandising Manager and Apparel GTM Manager + National & Key Apparel Sales Channel Manager. Vanessa is currently the Sales Director for North America at Mammut Sports Group AG, starting in 2023.

Vanessa Block obtained a Certified Ayurveda Instructor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine/Ayurveda from The Chopra Center from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design and Visual Communications from Webster University, which took place from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Vanessa Block attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2001, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this period. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Farm Ithaca in July 2021 and an Ayurvedic Health Coach certification from the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in June 2019.
