Anne Wade

Anne Wade was appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director in April 2020 and became Chair of the Remuneration Committee in May 2021.

Anne is currently a non-executive director of Summit Materials Inc, a trustee of Big Society Capital Ltd and a partner in Leaders’ Quest. She also served as a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on the Board of John Laing Group plc until January 2021.

She previously served as a non-executive director for LafargeHolcim until 2015 and held various roles within research and equity investment at Capital International, with a focus on the infrastructure sector.
