David Bew

David Bew is a Principal Engineer at Man AHL, where responsibilities include building company-wide release tools to simplify processes and reduce time-to-release. Previously, David held the title of Lead Technologist in both the Core Platform and AHL Oxon, managing teams to implement trading platforms and ensuring compliance in futures, FX, and equity trading environments. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Manager and Head Quant at Derivation Software, overseeing a development team focused on risk and portfolio management software, as well as working as a Quantitative Analyst and C++ Developer on quantitative models for multi-strat hedge funds. David Bew holds a DPhil and an MMath in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
