Christian Bauer

Christian Bauer has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Christian started their career in 2008 as an Entwicklungsingenieur Hydrogen Fuel Cells at P21 GmbH, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined MAN Energy Solutions and held multiple roles, including Teamlead of Supply Chain Management - Production Logistics until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Global Supply Chain Manager - After Sales, responsible for Europe, Americas, MEA, and Asia Pacific. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Spare Part Operations (PrimeServ) at MAN Energy Solutions, starting from January 2021.

Christian Bauer attended Technische Hochschule Augsburg, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Maschinenbau in 2008. Christian later pursued an MBA from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, completing their studies between 2010 and 2012.
