Divakar Rao

Divakar Rao is an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager at MAN E since January 2019, overseeing a 140 MW power plant with a focus on budget preparation and implementation. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at Wärtsilä for a 180 MW dual fuel power plant, Deputy Manager at RAY International LLC managing maintenance operations for a 130 MW utility and oil & gas sector, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at ContourGlobal responsible for gas extraction and treatment for a 26 MW power plant. Divakar also served as Mechanical Superintendent at Al Tuwairqi Group, leading maintenance activities for a 140 MW power plant and various gas plants, and has experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Welspun Group, Mechanical Supervisor at Wärtsilä, and Assistant Engineer at Uniworth Limited. Divakar holds a mechanical degree from an institute of mechanical engineers and completed training at an Industrial Training Institute (NCVT).
