Currently serving as a Business Process Expert, Bahadir has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Project Manager, IT Software & Business Processes Group Leader, and System Development & Stock Management Group Leader at MAN Türkiye A.Ş., where responsibilities included the creation of standardized processes based on SAP S/4 Hana and management of international teams. With a foundational background in material management and logistics coordination, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi Üniversitesi, Bahadir has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
