Björn Loose has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1996 with an internship and diploma thesis at Bayer in the OTC sector. In 2000, they became the Head of Marketing Fashion & Brand Management at Otto (GmbH & Co KG). From 2001 to 2003, Björn worked as a Market Manager at Deutsche Telekom, then transitioned to becoming the Head of Sponsoring & Events until 2007. Björn also served as the Head of Sales Launch Management / Sales Marketing at Deutsche Telekom during 2007. In 2008, Björn joined MAN Truck & Bus SE as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Brand.
Björn Loose completed their education from 1993 to 1997 at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Business Administration).
