Frederik Zohm

In 2003 he completed his doctorate at the Technical University of Aachen, where he had previously studied manufacturing technology and industrial engineering.

In 2005 he obtained an MBA for executives from the University of St. Gallen. His professional career started with Dr. Zohm in a university-related consultancy in Aachen, where he most recently headed the corporate development division. In 2005 he switched to purchasing at the Daimler Trucks subsidiary EvoBus GmbH.

From 2009 to 2012, Dr. Zohm was head of purchasing at the Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Cooperation in Tokyo.

From 2012 to 2016, Dr. Zohm is responsible for global sales and product planning for powertrains at Daimler Trucks.

In addition, from 2012 to 2014 he held a managerial position at Rolls-Royce Power Systems Holding, in which Daimler AG held an interest at the time.

In 2017, Frederik Zohm moved to Volkswagen Truck & Bus AG and headed the alliance management of the strategic partnership with US truck manufacturer Navistar.

Since July 2017, Frederik Zohm has been the Board Member for Research & Development at MAN Truck & Bus SE (formerly MAN Truck & Bus AG).
