Francine Woolcock MIWFM has extensive work experience in facilities management. Francine currently holds the position of Head of Facilities Services and Global Health and Safety at Man Group since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Facilities Services Manager at the same company from September 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Man Group, Francine worked at The National Lottery Community Fund as a Facility Manager from March 2016 to September 2022. Francine also gained experience as a Facilities Manager at OC&C Strategy Consultants from August 2014 to November 2015.

Additionally, they worked as a Facilities Assistant at EMCOR Facilities Services from April 2009 to September 2010, and as a Temp Facilities Coordinator at Pearson aka Edexcel from July 2006 to April 2009.

Francine Woolcock MIWFM obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Computer Science from King's College London from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have acquired various certifications throughout the years, including Lean Six Sigma - White Belt, Business Continuity Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation Certification Training, Fire Warden training, IOSH, Certified EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation (GDPR) Training, Financial Management 1&2, The FM Business School [Advanced], Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health, and Level 5 Award in Facilities Management.
