Jessica Tilley

Jessica Tilley currently serves as Learning and Development Manager and Talent Programme Manager at Man Group since February 2021, focusing on the delivery of talent strategies, employee development, and coaching across various business sectors. Prior to this, Jessica held roles at Impala as Talent Administrator and at Wilkinson Partners as People Operations Assistant and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included office management, executive support, recruitment, and marketing support. Earlier experience includes event coordination at The Eventa Group and clerical work for Adur District and Worthing Borough Councils. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Sussex and has a strong background in administrative and operational roles.
