Victoria Jeffery

Victoria Jeffery is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and employee share plans. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Compensation Business Partnering at Man Group since December 2021, Victoria previously held the position of Share Plan Consultant at Janus Henderson Investors from April to December 2021. Prior roles include Quality Assurance at Link Group from January 2019 to April 2021, where Victoria was a subject matter expert on employee share plans and responsible for training and feedback. Victoria's earlier experience includes leadership roles at CAPITA SHARE PLAN SERVICES LIMITED, managing both the Discretionary Share Plans Team and the Customer Service Team. Victoria holds an MA in History from The University of Edinburgh, where studies took place from January 1996 to March 2002.
